Account's settings window: With this window you can create a new account or edit an existing one. Over 190 worldwide ISPs already registered inside eMailaya making it as easy as possible to create a new account, all you need is an email and password and eMailaya will do the rest for you. Registered users can create as many email accounts as they want with no limitations.

Application's settings window: With this window you can set a vast variety of eMailaya's definitions. This window is structured in a way to make it as easy as possible to find what you need and change it.

Calendar toolbox: With this toolbox you can setup all your events in daily/weekly/monthly/yearly/gantt views, all your events are shown to you in an intelligible screen making it as easy as possible to know when and what. Events can have a recurrenced reminder and all the configuration is easy and user friendly.

Clipboard tracker toolbox: With this toolbox you will never lose any of your clipboard items. you can copy as many new items as you want into the clipboard and eMailaya will save all of them for you. Notice that the number of items can be defined in the application's settings. This feature is available for registered users only.

Contacts toolbox: With this toolbox you can manage your groups, contacts and favorites contacts. Statistical information, free text for each contact and a convenient search engine are also available. From this window you can also send out a voice/video/scan emails in one click.

Feedback/Support toolbox: With this toolbox you can register your copy of eMailayam, read the FAQ and contact us directly.

Mini Explorer toolbox: With this toolbox you can surf the internet using multiple tabs. Enjoy surfing the web from inside your working environment.

Analytics: With this toolbox you can understand your emails information in a very sophisticated way. This is a very powerful feature of eMailaya where you can understand everything about your emails, contacts and more. You can define the graphical information according to your needs and drill through the information in order to research the data you want. This feature is available for registered users only.

Import toolbox: With this toolbox you can import contacts, emails and events from windows address book, outlook, outlook express, gmail and more. You can also collect emails from files like text files, Word documents and Excel sheets.

MailDrive toolbox: With this toolbox you can use your mailbox as another drive on your computer. you can upload folders/files from your computer and download files/folders back to your computer, all in an easy and user friendly interface. This feature is available for registered users only.

QuickChat toolbox: With this toolbox you can chat with other eMailaya's users.

RSS2Email toolbox: With this toolbox you can setup what's important to you and receive it directly to your mailbox. Instead of scanning lots of RSS feeds manually, let eMailaya do the scanning for you and email you only what you want. This feature is available for registered users only.

RSS toolbox: With this toolbox you can view as many RSS feeds as you want. Groups and subgroups can be defined for a better management. eMailaya has a built in RSS feed reader including the headers and content of each header.

Login screen: This window is used for locking up the application in idle time and to enter the main password when opening it. You also have access to virtual keyboard making it even safer to enter your password.
